Shipping Policy

We are so excited to get your order to you! Please allow 1 to 2 business days for us to carefully process your order. Our team works Monday through Friday, and we take weekends and holidays off to recharge.

Once your order ships, we will send you tracking details so you can keep an eye on your package. Please note that after your order ships, we are not responsible for packages that get lost, stolen, or delayed by the postal service. If this happens, you can file a claim directly with USPS here: https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm.

Delivery Times

If you are sending to Puerto Rico, please allow 2 to 5 business days for delivery with USPS Ground Advantage. For quicker delivery, we recommend selecting USPS Priority Mail, which usually arrives in about 1 business day.

For US mainland deliveries with USPS Ground Advantage, please allow 5 to 10 business days. And again, USPS Priority Mail is the faster option, typically arriving within 3 business days.

International Shipping

Shipping costs for international orders will be calculated at checkout.

Please be aware that once packages are with USPS or local carriers, delays or customs processing times are beyond our control. We are also not responsible for any customs fees or taxes that may be applied when your package arrives in your country.
