Returns and Exchanges
We hope you absolutely love your order! If you need to return something, please make sure we receive it within 10 days of delivery. This means the package needs to arrive back to us within those 10 days, not just your request for a return. Unfortunately, we cannot make exceptions.
Please return items that are new, unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags still attached. We will not accept returns if there are any signs of wear such as makeup, deodorant marks, or fragrance.
We do not offer refunds; however, we are happy to provide store credit or exchanges for eligible returns. Once we have inspected your return, we will send you store credit by email in the form of a gift card. You may use this store credit within 90 days.
If your return arrives after the 10-day window, a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your store credit.
If an Item Arrives Damaged
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We want to resolve this for you as quickly as possible. Customers are responsible for any shipping fees to send items back.
Sale Items
Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. This includes any purchase made with a discount of 10% or more, anything from our Sale or Clearance sections, or specially marked discounted items.
